Although this home doesn't include firewood as a standard amenity, we've made it convenient for our guests to enjoy the warmth of a cozy fire during their stay. Guests are able to order firewood delivery through our website prior to arrival, ensuring it's ready and waiting for you. Alternatively, if you prefer to explore the local charm of Jackson Hole, you can easily purchase firewood at nearby grocery stores, allowing you to tailor your experience to your preferences.


Stairs will be required to access the second floor of this property.

Construction work will be taking place in the Teton Shadows Parking Lot during August / September '24. While efforts will be made to minimize inconvenience, it is important to note that parking availability may be limited in the parking lot as a result of these improvements. Parking will still be available in garages for units that have access and in front of garages for all other units.

House Rules

1. Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this property in accordance with the HOA Rules and Regulations. Please contact us directly before booking if you plan to travel with a registered Service Animal.
2. Total number of vehicles may not exceed 2. Parallel parking next to the green space is prohibited, as is parking on the grass.
3. No trailers, RVs, boats, large trucks, or campers allowed.
4. Vehicles and bicycles must not be driven or ridden on the green space.
5. Sleeping or keeping an animal in a parked vehicle is prohibited.
6. For the safety of all residents, grills are banned for the majority of the summer season when bears come out of hibernation.
7. The green area behind units may not be used for recreational purposes beyond the boundaries of the individual unit
8. No smoking allowed.
9. Must be 21 or over to book.
10. Quiet hours are from 9:00PM to 9AM.
11. Trash is to be deposited in the wooden trash enclosures only for your rental unit. Enclosure doors must always be closed.
12. The majority of residents in the Teton Shadows neighborhood live here full-time. Please respect the home and neighborhood as if it were your own.
