There is an exterior security camera in use on the property. This property has a strict no pet policy, per a severe allergy experienced by the property owner, and per strictly enforced HOA rules that prohibit pets of any kind on the premises.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor, but stairs are required to access the living area and kitchen on the second floor.
