Please be aware that the World Championship Snowmobile Hill Climb will be held at Snow King Mountain and is expected to take place March 18 - 21, 2027. The events and races will take place on the mountain directly outside of the One Town Hill building. Snow King Mountain will close for the winter season on March 22, while Jackson Hole Mountain Resort remains open through April 11.

1. Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this property in accordance with the HOA Rules and Regulations. Please contact us directly before booking if you plan to travel with a registered Service Animal.
2. No trailers, RVs or campers allowed.
3. This is a smoke free building and unit. Smoking is prohibited, even on patios. Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises and are also against the law.
4. Must be 21 or over to book.
5. No more than two people may be in the hot tub at once. Swimsuits are required at all times. There is no glass allowed on the patio.
6. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. Under no circumstances can there be any parties -- including gatherings that involve more than eight people.
7. Please refrain from rearranging furniture.
8. The garage height is 7'5" and oversized vehicles will not fit.
