Other Things To Note:

- This home does not have air conditioning, as central AC is still an uncommon property feature throughout Jackson Hole. Fortunately, due to our elevation and mountain climate, we find indoor temperatures can be regulated by following procedures detailed in the guest portal provided upon booking.

- Stairs are required to access this home and within the homes.

- Winter guests: We strongly encourage 4WD or AWD vehicles in the winter due to snowy conditions and an inclined driveway.

2. Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this property in accordance with the HOA Rules and Regulations. Please contact us directly before booking if you plan to travel with a registered Service Animal.
3. Total number of vehicles must not exceed 4 (2 inside garage, 2 outside garage)
4. No parking on Arrowhead Road.
5. No motorcycles, trailers, RVs or campers allowed.
6. No smoking allowed.
7. Must be 21 or over to book.
8. No parties or events allowed.
9. No hanging towels and clothes to dry on the deck.
