Guest Relations

Description
At Outpost, we like to think of ourselves as the most innovative property management company out there. We take enormous pride in offering the best customer service in the business, as well as reliable and professional communication with our guests. As a member of our guest relations team, you would be required to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong attention to detail. As we offer 24 hour, 7 days a week guest assistance, this role requires working weekends and evenings. We are looking for a friendly and charming communicator to fill this role and someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Outpost offers competitive pay and benefits. This role has the potential for part time or full time work dependent upon candidate applying. Local candidates only.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Apple OS

Operations Coordinator

Description

Outpost and O2 Cleaning are looking for an individual that can help us continue to grow our fast-paced and booming cleaning business. The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of our housekeeping department, assisting the housekeeping manager with scheduling and communications for our 30+ member housekeeping team. Primary responsibilities will include maintaining the daily housekeeping schedule for our vacation rentals, residential clients and commercial accounts; comprising cleaning estimates for O2 Cleaning clientele; and helping to maintain all operations at the highest level of service and quality. This position will be paid hourly and is estimated to be between 30 and 40 hours per week with the opportunity to grow within a fun, innovative and hardworking environment. Local candidates only.

Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Apple OS
Bilingual a plus, but not required
