Outpost's Balsam Lodge B8 is a unique, updated getaway for your Jackson Hole vacation. The recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a private terrace and high ceilings. The grand fireplace and charming decor make staying at Balsam Lodge B8 feel like coming home.

This home is an absolute treasure to the homeowner and we know that guests will think so too. The home and the neighborhood it resides in do not accept partying or late night noise under any circumstances. This property is best suited for traveling families or business professionals. We appreciate you taking care during your time here so that future guests and the homeowner can enjoy this beautiful home for many seasons to come.

Please note that this home does not have air conditioning, as central AC is still an uncommon property feature throughout Jackson Hole. Fortunately, due to our elevation and mountain climate, we find indoor temperatures can be regulated by following procedures detailed in the guest portal provided upon booking.

Please note that the National Parks Service has construction planned for Moose-Wilson Road, affecting the closest entrance to Grand Teton Park, the Granite Canyon Entrance. We have outlined the closures they anticipate below:

Through late July: open from 7 pm Friday to 7 am Monday, or the day after a federal holiday at 7 am.

Late July through the remainder of the summer: open seven days a week with possible 20-minute delays.

During the specified closures, access to the park is fortunately still possible through the main entrance in Moose. Please contact us for recommended route

1. Charging electric vehicles is prohibited at all properties in the Aspens. Violators will be fined $250+ and booted. Please reference your Guest Portal to find alternative places to charge electric vehicles.
2. Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed at this property in accordance with the HOA Rules and Regulations. Please contact us directly before booking if you plan to travel with a registered Service Animal.
3. No more than one vehicle allowed. Please note that parking is first-come, first-served.
4. No trailers, RVs, or campers allowed.
5. Sprinter vans are allowed if they can fit into a standard parking space but they cannot be slept in.
6. No smoking allowed.
7. Must be 21 or over to book.
8. No parties or events allowed.
9. Please refrain from rearranging furniture.
