MODIFIED CORONAVIRUS CANCELATION POLICY:
As we have all been following the very sad and concerning news regarding the spread of the coronavirus, we wanted to take a moment to address this period of uncertainty as it relates to our cancellation policy for new bookings as of May 1, 2020. Below, we have outlined the deadlines to receive a full refund less the processing fees associated with guests arriving in:
May 2020: 10am Mountain Time (MST) prior to the check-in day.
June 2020: One-week prior to the check-in day.
July 2020: Three-weeks prior to the check-in day.
August 2020: 31-days prior to the check-in day.
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org to process your cancellation. Standard cancellation policies apply for any booking whose check-in date is on or after September 1, 2020.
STANDARD CANCELATION POLICY:
All payment of Rent, room tax, and cleaning fee are refundable unless the cancellation date is within 60 days of the Arrival Date. The processing fee is non-refundable. If the cancellation date is between 30 and 60 days from the Arrival Date, then the rental deposit shall be forfeited. There shall be no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the Arrival Date. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
Agent reserves the right to cancel this Agreement for any reason within 24 hours of the effective date of this reservation. After this 24 hour time period has passed, Agent reserves the right to cancel this Agreement only if the Premises becomes unavailable prior to Renter's occupancy due to events out of the Agent’s control, for example a flood or home disaster, or sale of the Premises. Agent will notify Renter of such unexpected circumstance as soon as the Agent has become aware of it. If Renter desires to be transferred to alternative premises, the Agent will make a good faith effort to relocate the Renter to a reasonably comparable property. In such case, the Renter agrees to pay any increase in rental charges associated with the new property. If Agent is unable to substitute a reasonably comparable property, the Agent will refund 100% of Renter’s Rent. Agent reserves the right to automatically cancel a reservation if full payment is not received at least 30 days prior to the Arrival Date.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Renter cancellations of reservations made for the period between December 18, 2020 to January 5, 2021, or of reservations that include dates between December 18, 2020 to January 5, 2021, shall result in the automatic forfeit of the total Rent if made within 120 days of the Arrival Date.
